Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase from Hamitou Kandora. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may take advantage of our return policy.

Return Conditions:

• You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in the same condition as received, including all labels and packaging.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

• Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged . 

Return Process:

  Initiation of the Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

•  Access our Returns Portal online.
• Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
• Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
•  Choose whether you'd like to Return,  Exchange or receive Store Credit for each item.
•  Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a QR code.
• Take your parcel to the nearest drop off

point.

Refund:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with refunding the purchase amount.

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

• Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
